Lawton & Dawe are a local, regulated estate and letting agency in West Hove. We want to stand out from the crowd of estate agents by being community focused, ethical in our work, and striving to make West Hove a happy community where people want to live. We do this by helping ensure properties, landlords and sellers we deal with comply with the everchanging regulations in the property market. The private rented sector is currently being scrutinised across parliament, and whilst we welcome the idea of the industry being regulated, it is bringing our business huge challenges. At Lawton and Dawe we welcome these changes and see them as a chance to ‘look up’. We believe it holds only positive change, to wheedle out the unscrupulous agents and redeem our sector.
