Lewes FC is a 100% community-owned and not-for-profit football club. The club has recently launched Equality FC, with the aim of paying their men’s and women’s teams the same. They are currently the first and only professional or semi-professional football club in the world to establish equal pay.

Director Ed Briggs’ has always been a supporter of grass roots football. A successful sales director in the building design software industry, Ed has brought his commercial experience to the fan/owner elected board.

Development and marketing manager Rosy Matheson has worked for the BBC, The Glasgow School of Art and in journalism/PR for the Women’s Equality Party among others. As a supporter of Lewes FC Women, she runs the marketing of the club.
