Sam Watts is Director of Immersive Technologies at Make Real. Make Real are an award-winning Brighton-based studio recognised as UK leaders of immersive content creation. Operating for over a decade across the main strands of training, learning/development and entertainment, Make Real brings simulation and AAA gaming industry veterans together, forming a highly experienced team simplifying complex technologies for everyday users.

James Turnbull is Creative Producer at TOMtech. TOMtech is the in-house programme of future thinking performance at The Old Market, one of the cities best loved arts venues.  Hosting one of the largest programmes each year for Brighton Digital Festival, the venue is one of the UK leading arts organisations for developing, commissioning and presenting new work using emerging technology.

The two companies began collaborating in 2016, launching vrLAB – Brighton Digital Festival’s leading event showcasing the very best VR content.  vrLAB returns to The Old Market on 4-7 October, but will rise again for this special session for the Brighton Summit.  Expect to test your limits of looking up and visiting some digital worlds beyond your horizon.
